These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organization) and HK Zhongbang Lianxin Technology Co., Limited.

2. Nature of Services

UAVSourcePro operates as an independent B2B wholesale supplier of DJI enterprise drone products and solutions. We are not an official DJI authorized dealer or affiliate. All products sold are 100% genuine, sourced through legitimate commercial channels.

Our platform is exclusively designed for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. We do not serve individual retail consumers. Submitting an inquiry constitutes a request for a procurement consultation, not a binding purchase order.

3. Eligibility & User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on behalf of a legally registered business entity
• You have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
• The intended use of the products complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• You are not located in, or acting on behalf of any entity in, a country subject to international trade sanctions or arms embargoes
• The products will not be used for military combat operations, terrorism, or any unauthorized surveillance activities

4. Pricing, Quotations & Orders

All prices displayed or quoted are in USD unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice. A formal quotation issued by our sales team is valid for 7 business days from the date of issue.

No purchase contract is formed until a final, signed commercial agreement or purchase order is executed between both parties. Preliminary inquiries and quotations do not constitute binding commitments.

5. Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance

All products sold by UAVSourcePro are subject to applicable export control laws, including but not limited to:

• U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
• EU Dual-Use Regulation (2021/821)
• Hong Kong Import and Export Ordinance
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions lists

The buyer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary import permits, end-user certificates, and ensuring compliance with destination country regulations. UAVSourcePro reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate export control regulations without liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of HK Zhongbang Lianxin Technology Co., Limited or its content suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

DJI® and all associated product names are registered trademarks of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. UAVSourcePro is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DJI.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UAVSourcePro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our website or services
• Any product malfunction, misuse, or regulatory violation
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by logistics partners or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
