UAVSourcePro provides robust B2B logistics and local fulfillment support across our operational regions to ensure the secure and timely delivery of high-value enterprise drone equipment. As a specialized B2B supplier, our logistics process is fully customized to meet the requirements of each corporate client and deployment scenario.
1. Order Processing Timeline
- Inquiry Response: Within 24 business hours of form submission
- Quotation Issuance: Within 1–3 business days after initial consultation
- Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of signed purchase agreement and confirmed deposit payment
- Procurement & Preparation: 3–7 business days depending on product availability and order volume
- Dispatch: Confirmed via your dedicated account manager with tracking information provided
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We leverage established international and regional logistics networks, including:
- Air Freight (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Standard for most B2B orders — typical international transit time of 3–7 business days
- Sea Freight: Available for large-volume orders (20+ units) — transit time varies by destination (typically 15–45 days)
- Local Courier Partners: Available in select African markets for last-mile delivery coordination
The specific logistics method, carrier, and estimated delivery date will be confirmed and documented in your commercial invoice and purchase agreement.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated on a per-order basis and depend on:
- Total order weight and dimensional volume
- Destination country and delivery address
- Selected shipping method (air vs. sea)
- Insurance and special handling requirements for high-value equipment
All applicable shipping costs will be clearly itemized in your final commercial invoice before any payment is required. There are no hidden fees.
4. Import Duties & Customs
International B2B shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the commercial contract.
UAVSourcePro will provide all necessary export documentation including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin (upon request)
- Export License (where required by applicable law)
5. Order Tracking
Once your B2B order is officially dispatched, your dedicated account manager will:
- Send you the tracking number and carrier details via email or WhatsApp
- Monitor shipment status and proactively notify you of any delays
- Coordinate with your receiving team to confirm the expected delivery window
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately. Any claims regarding:
- Physical damage during transit
- Incorrect items shipped
- Missing items from the order
Must be reported to your account manager within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence of the packaging and item condition. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
7. Force Majeure
UAVSourcePro shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, port strikes, customs holds, acts of war, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will communicate proactively and work with you to find an alternative fulfillment solution.
